Renters want convenience. Property managers want efficiency. That’s where the AI chatbot came in, bridging the gap between prospective tenants and property teams. My main goal was to design a chatbot that would handle inquiries with ease and guide users toward booking tours and submitting applications.
By the end of the project, I surpassed expectations, achieving a 30% increase in conversions across multiple properties. This case study outlines the key steps taken to create an AI-powered chatbot that made property searching intuitive, while delivering tangible results for the company.
