For this project, I designed both the tenant-facing chatbot and the internal interface for teams to streamline communication for all parties involved. The chatbot bridged the gap, providing accurate information and guiding users through the property search process with ease.

The chatbot avatar greets users with a welcome message and prompts them to start the chat. It then asks if the user is a current resident, prompting a 'Yes' or 'No' selection to continue.

Schedule tours, complete guest cards, and submit applications with ease.

Forms are conveniently sent through the chatbot to schedule a tour or complete guest card details, along with a direct link to start an application for the property.

The chatbot shows a typing indicator and connects users to a leasing agent or manager upon request.

Easily access all commonly asked questions about the property.

Share feedback and easily start a new conversation.

Users can provide positive or negative feedback about the chatbot and start a new chat to continue.
